Mr. Bapat, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Petitioner would submit that apart from the above captioned Writ Petitions listed at Sr. Nos. 23 to 25 on today's board, there are 5 other connected Petitions i.e. Writ Petition (St) Nos. 16143/2025, 16136/2025, 16140/2025, 16142/2025 and 21069/2025 which are to be heard by the Court. He would submit that these 8 Petitions are identical and

filed by the same Company. He would submit that apart from these 8 Petitions, there are 41 other Petitions filed by the Company wherein this Court has issued notice in 10 Writ Petitions on 03.10.2023. These 10 Petitions along with 30 other idential Petitions were listed on board of this Court on 28.11.2023 when Advocate for Respondents had appeared. Though these 41 matters were adjourned to 12.12.2023, it is seen from record that no further date has been assigned thereafter. 4.

Hence, Mr. Bapat would persuade the Court to list the above 41 matters along with present 8 matters on a fixed date to enable the Petitioner to proceed with the same.

Advocate for Petitioner Company shall serve copy of this order on all the Respondents / Advocate(s) for Respondents in all 49 matters.

In view of above, Registry is directed to place all the above 49 matters separately in seriatim and not in one caption on 02.07.2024 as Respondents are different in all 49 matters.
