Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has grievances regarding the proceedings before the Small Causes Court in Obstruction Notice No.62 of 2022 in Execution Application No.332 of 2019 in TE Suit No.188/233 of 2012.

An omnibus prayer is made in the petition that, the interest of the petitioner be protected by quashing and setting aside the obstruction notice.

The petition is completely misconceived.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed a proceeding before the Court of Small Causes.

The petitioner needs to work out its remedies before the Court of Small Causes. The learned Judge, Court of Small Causes, seized with the proceedings in Execution Application No.332 of 2019 in TE Suit No.188/233 of 2012 is requested to hear and decide the proceeding taken out by the petitioner, if any, in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed.
