Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has executed additional work, which has been certified by the respondent, however, the issue with regard to grant of administrative approval in terms of the letter dated 6th March 2024 for construction of high level bridge is pending before the State Government.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Mr. Chandurkar, learned Additional Government Pleader prays for an accommodation to enable him to seek instructions. 3.
