The only substantive relief sought for in the captioned Writ Petition is the following:- "a) appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing Respondents to consider the representation dated 28th January 2025 and 7th March 2025 (Exh "C" to the petition) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law;" 2.

Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Joshi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that the grievance of the Petitioner pertains to a development being carried out on a plot of land bearing No.194/1B, situated at Majiwada, Thane. It is his grievance that the lay out plan of the said plot clearly shows the existing Nala having a 5 meters width, however in the proposal for development that has been submitted, by which the developer has sought permission, width of the said Nala being 5 meters is reduced to 3 meters. It is hence submitted that there has been misrepresentation on the part of the architect and developer, despite which he submits that not only revised permission was granted, but also a completion certificate was granted to the developer in respect of Building No.3.

Mr. Joshi submits that the Petitioner thus by way of his representations dated 28th January 2025 and 7th March 2025 has brought this to the attention of the Respondent Authorities, however the said representations has till date not been attended to. Thus, this Petition.

Ms. Deshmukh, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Authorities fairly does not oppose the Petition. 6.

Given the submissions made and the fact that the Respondent Authorities are statutorily bound to consider the representations of the Petitioner, let the same be heard and dispose of within a period of 8 weeks from the date of which a copy of this order is uploaded.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.

No order as to costs.
