By this petition, the petitioners essentially seek a direction to the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister to decide the petitioner's Appeal being Appeal No.93 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible. It appears that the said appeal has been filed by the petitioners under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Gram Panchayat Act. The petitioners also seek a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide/consider the Stay Application in the event, the appeal cannot be decided. Corrected (in bold) vide order dated 23.06.2025 N. S. Considering that this is only relief sought, we request the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioners' appeal/stay application by a reasoned order, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Needless to state that the petitioners are at liberty to request the respondent No.1 to consider their stay application, before the said period.
