Heard Mr. Kamble, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Ms. Gavhane, learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 - State. 2.

Lis between the parties concerns three mutation entry Nos. 5590, 5591 and 5593. RTS proceedings have culminated into passing of the impugned order which is challenged in the present Writ Petition. Disputed questions of facts and establishing rights of the parties cannot be gone into in writ proceedings especially when substantive rights of the parties are agitated in the pending Civil Suit. 3.

Petitioners have filed Civil Suit as informed by Mr. Kamble. In that view of the matter, keeping all contentions of Petitioners expressly open, parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of mutation entries as on date which shall be subject to the decision in

33. CIVIL WP-7927-2025.odt the Civil Suit. Parties shall apply to the concerned Authorities after the decision in the Civil Suit in accordance with law. 4.

Mr. Kamble persuades the Court that Civil Suit is pending since 2012. In that view of the matter, Civil Suit is expedited. Learned Civil Court seized with the same is directed to determine the Civil Suit as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight months from today.

Copy of this order shall be placed before the learned Civil Judge on 23.02.2026 at 11.00 to enable the learned Judge to take cognizance of this order and proceed with the Suit as per his convenience.

Petition is disposed in the above terms.
