Heard Mr. Jalisatgi, learned Advocate for Petitioners in Writ Petition Nos.7946 of 2025, 8215 of 2025, 8216 of 2025; 8217 of 2025 and 8441 of 2025; Mr. Thakar, learned Advocate appearing through Video Conferencing for Respondents in Writ Petition No.7946 of 2025 and Mr. Pendse, learned Advocate for Respondents. 2.

In view of the extant directions contained in the impugned order dated 29.03.2025 to implement the directions contained within period of 90 days, Mr. Jalisatgi persuades me to extend the said time in view of pendency of present Writ Petition. At his request the said time stands extended as it is not opposed to by Mr. Pendse due to pendency of the Petition.

It is seen that Writ Petition No.8432 of 2025 has been incorrectly tagged with the present group of Writ Petition. Both

learned Advocates point out the same to me. The same is directed to be de-tagged and shown separately.
