Heard Ms. Manesh, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Patwardhan, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Ms. Manesh would submit that despite the Petition having been filed in the month of June 2025 and the Industrial Court having extended the interim relief and protection granted to the Petitioner (original Complainant) till 01.07.2025, Respondent Corporation has by order dated 03.07.2025 terminated the services of Petitioner. She would submit that the aforesaid subsequent developments need to be placed on record and termination is required to be challenged by Petitioner. In that regard she has filed Interim Application (st) No. 23925/2025 seeking continuation of interim relief further and for a declaration that the termination is null and void. For that reason,

13. WP-7951-25 & IAST-23925-25.docx Petitioner will have to amend the Petition and bring on record the subsequent developments as informed to the Court and as stated in the Interim Application.

In that view of the matter, leave to amend the Petition and to bring on record subsequent events and documents pertaining to the aforesaid submissions made by Ms. Manesh is granted. Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Registry shall permit Advocate of Petitioner to carry out the amendment. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 4.

In view of the above, no purpose will be served in keeping the Interim Application (St) No. 23925/2025 pending. Interim Application is not listed on board today. By consent of both parties, Interim Application is taken on board and accordingly stands disposed in the above terms.

Copy of the amended Petition shall be served on Mr. Patwardhan, learned Advocate for Respondent. Respondent is directed to file its reply on or before the next date to the Petition and serve copy on the Advocate for Petitioner.
