Heard Mr. Kothari, learned Advocate for Petitioner in all Writ Petitions and Ms. Manesh, learned Advocate for Respondent in all Writ Petitions.

Mr. Kothari would submit that in pursuance of notice dated 03.03.2025, there is an imminent threat which is foreseen according to Petitioner pursuant to the said notice.

Perusal of the said notice issued in Form-4 under Regulation -11, prima facie, shows that in execution of the twin orders passed in 2015 and 2018, which are subject matter of challenge under present Writ Petitions filed in the year 2025, dues payable to 7 employees of the school who were granted reinstatement alongwith backwages as stated in the said notice are required to be paid and therefore the execution is undertaken.

Petitioner before me is a School called A.P. Greg Foundation Trust Silver Oak High School situated in Sharanpur Road, Nashik and having 1800 students. Not to jeopardise the functioning of the school, the Tahsildar is directed not to take any coercive steps for the present under notice dated 03.03.2025 as per the request of Mr. Kothari. 5.

However, considering the timeline in the present case and more specifically the fact that the school has woken up from its number to challenge the order passed in the year 2015 and the revision order passed in the year 2018 only in the year 2025 after the impugned notice was issued and the ignominy of the 7 employees of the school in the past 10 years, I am inclined to decide the present Petitions peremptorily which the Petitioner shall note.

Copy of Petitions is directed to be served forthwith on Ms. Manesh who enters appearance on instructions on behalf of Respondents in all matters.

Mr. Kothari shall take appropriate instructions and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date when the Petitions shall be heard for final disposal.
