Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner requests that the Petitioner's representation dated 04/08/2023 vis-a-vis land bearing Survey Nos. 46, 59/2A, 59/2B, 59/2K, 59/2D, 59/2E, 34/4/2/2, 50/2A, 50/2B situated at Village Devali Tarfe Rahur, Talathi Sajja-Padgha, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane be decided expeditiously.

Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection. She states that the mutation entries as sought for can be decided only after hearing all the parties in accordance with law. She states that the concerned authority will give notices to all concerned vis-a-vis the said survey numbers and thereafter, decide the petitioner's representations. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of.

We make it clear that, we have not gone to the merits of the Petitioner's representation and as such, all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open. Needless to state, that the authority concerned to decide the Petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by the said mutation entry. 2/3

Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms.
