The petitioner makes a grievance that the police protection has not been provided for and therefore, the respondent No.3 is not in a position to implement the order and take possession.

The Respondent No.3 is directed to ensure that the possession of the secured assets be taken within a period of six weeks from today. If The police protection is necessary and the petitioner willing to pay the necessary charges, police protection be provided by the concerned Police Station. The In-Charge of the Zeenat Pathan
