By this petition, the petitioners essentially seek a direction to the respondent No.3 - Charity Commissioner, Worli, Mumbai, to expedite the hearing of the pending Change Report No. ACC/587/2014 and to decide the same within a particular time-frame. 1/3

It appears that the petitioners are the objectors in the proceedings filed by the Trustees.

Considering the relief sought in the petition, we do not deem it appropriate to issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, since we are not going into the merits of the petition. 4.

Suffice to state, that the Change Report is pending before the Charity Commissioner, Worli, Mumbai, since 2014. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, we direct the respondent No.3 to dispose of the pending Change Report No. ACC/587/2014, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 2/3

Needless to state, that the respondent No.3, to inform all the parties of the order passed today, so as to enable all the parties to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Change Report. 8.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
