We are informed by Mr. More, learned counsel for respondent - Municipal Corporation that what has been annexed by the petitioner is the operative part of the order passed by the Deputy Collector / Assistant Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation dated 9 June 2025. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the reasoned order dated 9 June 2025 was not served on the petitioner. Mr. More has furnished a copy of the reasoned order in Court today to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, a copy of which is already taken on record.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would intend to withdraw this petition, with liberty to assail the reasoned order.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
