Heard Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a draft amendment, seeking permission to amend the writ petition and to add a document as an exhibit.

Since the petition has come up for consideration for the first time, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner in the interest of justice. The draft amendment is taken on record. The petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment as per the draft amendment within a week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 29.07.2025, High on Board.

Ms. Raje, learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent No.1.

Additionally, the petitioner is permitted to serve contesting respondent No.2 by way of private service and to file an affidavit of service within two weeks from today.
