Present writ petition takes exception to the order dated 13.6.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, thereby rejecting petitioner's application seeking stay to the R.O.R. Appeal/S.R./985/2025. 2.

The record indicates that petitioner's appeal is pending before the Deputy Director of the Land Records, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Petitioner had filed an application for stay to the order passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Nanded.

Mr. Syed, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner informs that now the main appeal is kept for hearing before the respondent no.5 on 21.4.2026.

In that contingency, instead of delving into contentions on merit, purpose would be served, if the appeal pending before respondent no.5 is decided expeditiously. 5.

In result, writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent no.5 to decide petitioner's pending appeal within a period of (8) Eight weeks from today.
