For the reliefs prayed for in this petition, remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. However, learned B-Panel counsel for the respondent/State submits that the salary for the month of May 2025 has already been paid and the salary for the month of March and April 2025 is in the process and same will be paid at the earliest.

In view of the above matter, we dispose of this petition. It is always open for the petitioner to approach the MAT, if he has any grievance against the respondents.
