The learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a Civil Suit as during the arguments, it is revealed that the subject matter involves intricate questions of law which need to be

30-WP-8035-25.doc decided by the Civil Court. Hence, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not considered contentions raised by the petitioners on merit and it shall be open for the petitioners to raise all contentions before the Civil Court in a proposed civil suit.

The ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 12th August, 2025 shall continue for a period of six weeks from today. 4.

The Interim Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
