The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged an order passed by respondent No.1-Deputy Director of Land Records, condoning delay concerning an appeal filed by the contesting respondents. It is submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, respondent No.1 has decided the appeal on merits on 27.05.2025.

There is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner to file revision application before the State and in the light of the subsequent development, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file revision application before the State for challenging the impugned order condoning delay. The petitioner also intends to file revision application to challenge the order, whereby the appeal was allowed on merits. 3.

Considering the aforesaid factual position brought to the notice of this Court, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow the aforesaid limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 1/2 PRIYA KAMBLI by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

In view of the above, this petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate revision application before the State, in order to challenge the impugned order, condoning delay. 5.
