Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this petition is to an interlocutory order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune, whereby in the revision application preferred by the petitioner against an order passed by the Second Appellate Authority, the Additional Divisional Commissioner, declined to grant stay to the execution and operation of the order passed by the Second Appellate Authority on 18th February, 2025.

Evidently, the revision application is awaiting adjudication. The order of stay to the execution and operation of the decree was passed on 18th February, 2025. In these circumstances, there is no propriety in entertaining this Petition against an 1/2

5-WP8047-2025.DOC interlocutory order. It would be expedient in the interest of the justice that the revision application itself is decided as expeditiously as possible.

The parties shall appear before the Revisional Authority on 2nd September, 2025.

The Revisional Authority is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the Revision Application No.145 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of three months from the date scheduled for the appearance of the parties.

The petition stands disposed.
