The Petitioner's counsel is seeking a direction from this Court to the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal ("MAT") to expedite the final hearing and disposal of the pending Original Application. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3, on the other hand, has submitted that the Original Application is fixed for final hearing on 9th January 2026. The said assertion could not been disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 2.

If that be so, there is no scope for the Court to issue any directions in this Writ Petition.
