Parties are ad idem that the prayer clauses (a) and (c) of the writ petition are worked out. So far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substantially the requirements are complied with. Mr. Anil Singh, learned Addl Solicitor General, however, submits that there are some compliances remaining, the respondents will inform the petitioner within one week the exact compliances expected to be made by the petitioner. 3.

On being informed about the compliances remaining, the petitioner to make good the compliances within two weeks from the date of such intimation.
