The learned Counsel for the Petitioner contends that the provisional attachment made under Section 83 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 can operate for a maximum period of one year. He points out that this period has expired but still, no formal communication is sent to the Petitioner's bank to lift the attachment.
