We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

It is the petitioner's case, that the petitioner is eligible for allotment of a permanent alternate accommodation. The petitioner has made a representation in that regard dated 3 February 2025 (Exhibit F, page 28 to the petition) to the Assistant Commissioner, Mumbai City SRA as also to the Estate Department, SRA. The grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that such representation / application of the petitioner is not being considered. As this is the only relief which is being asserted on behalf of the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the petition directing the Competent Officer of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 3 February 2025 received by the SRA on 7 February 2025.
