By order dated 09.05.2025, the Deputy Registrar has disqualified the petitioners under Section 75(5) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though Revision Application was submitted to the Respondent No.2/ Joint Registrar, Co-operative Housing Societies under Section 154(3A) of the said Act, however, the matter was adjourned from time to time and no orders were passed on the Zeenat Pathan

36-WP-8153-2025 (C).doc Interim Application causing serious prejudice to the petitioners. 2.

We are informed that now the matter is listed before the Joint Registrar on 1st July 2025.

Learned counsel for contesting party i.e. the Respondent No.4 assures that the Respondent No.4 will appear before the Joint Registrar on 1st July 2025 and not seek adjournment. The petitioner to appear on 1st July before the Joint Registrar at 11.00 a.m.. The Joint Registrar shall hear the petitioners as well as the Respondent No.4 on the Interim Application and positively pass appropriate orders after hearing the parties on the same day. Interim Application be decided on its own merits.

By keeping all contentions open, the Petition is disposed of.
