Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned AGP on instructions of Mr. Rajesh M. Dalavi, Circle Officer, submits that due to some pending proceedings the order could not be executed. It is submitted that now as there are no impediments, the steps would be taken to execute the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The steps for taking possession be taken expeditiously and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from today. PMB

For the purpose of execution, if needed, the concerned police station shall provide the police protection. The Petitioner is willing to pay necessary charges. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
