This petition was disposed of by order dated 03.07.2025, whereby directions were issued to the concerned police station for providing police assistance to the petitioner - bank (secured creditor) to take possession of the secured asset, in pursuance of order passed under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner - bank submits that the direction has been complied with and the possession of the secured asset was obtained by the petitioner on 17.09.2025. 3.
