Considering that there is a dispute, as to whether the Petitioner is staying at the residence in question as stated in the Petition or not, since January, 2025, even after the electricity was disconnected, we deem it appropriate to request the P.I. of the Dahisar Police Station to depute a responsible officer from the said Police Station to submit a report whether the Petitioner and his wife are residing at the address given in the title of the Petition 1/2
