Pursuant to our earlier order dated 6th October 2025, the police have submitted a report dated 8th October 2025 of API - Sohan Peche attached to the Dahisar Police Station. The same is taken on record. From the said report it is evident that the petitioner is residing in the premises in which he seeks connection of the electricity supply.

In view of what is disclosed to us by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, we deem it appropriate to grant leave to amend to the learned counsel for the petitioner to implead the Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited, as party respondent No.6. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. 2.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.6- Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited, returnable on 13th October 2025. Hamdast permitted.

In addition to Court notice, learned counsel for the petitioner, to serve the newly added respondent No. 6 by private notice.

Notice to indicate that an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the petition finally, at the stage of admission 2/3
