In our opinion, the reliefs sought in these petitions can be sought before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the pending securitisation applications.

We permit the petitioners to make such application/s seeking appropriate reliefs. If such application is made or in the pending application such reliefs are sought, the DRT/DRAT is requested to hear the applications expeditiously or the prayer for grant of interim reliefs expeditiously. 4.
