Mr Thakar, learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, based on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to appeal the impugned order by raising all contentions, including those raised in this Petition.

He states that certain amounts have already been deposited by the Petitioner and therefore, he should be permitted to seek an adjustment when it comes to predeposit. 3.

For the present, we only observe that in case the

The Petition is disposed of with liberty in the above terms. No costs.
