The learned AGP seeks extension of time to file reply affidavits and to obtain appropriate instructions in the matter. 2.

There is no appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 - the State Election Commission, perhaps, because the learned counsel who was appearing for the respondent No. 2 - the State Election Commission, has now been elevated as a Judge of this Court. 3.

The record shows that the reply affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 2 has already been filed. However, it appears that a copy of the said reply affidavit has not been served on the learned counsel for the petitioners. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioners to obtain a copy of the said reply affidavit from the Registry at their own cost.
