By this petition, the only relief pressed for by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is prayer clause (c), which is in the alternative i.e. a direction to the respondent No.3 - The Hon'ble Home Minister, State of Maharashtra, to take an appropriate decision on the petitioner's appeal bearing Appeal No.9033 of 2021. Learned A.G.P, on instructions, states that the petitioner's aforesaid appeal will be decided by the respondent No.3 within six weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

Needless to state, that since prayer clause (a) and (b) were not pressed, we have not gone into the merits of the same and as such, kept all contentions of all parties open vis-a-vis the same. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
