At the request of Mr.Mendadkar, learned counsel appearing for Petitioner, we grant leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to give reply to the communication dated 16th October 2024 (Exhibit-A) before the Scrutiny Committee by clarifying that if the Petitioner continues to remain aggrieved in the matter after final order is passed, she would be at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh Writ Petition, by taking all such legally tenable pleas, including those raised in the present Petition. 2.
