The Petitioner challenges the Order dated 27th November 2024 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Kolhapur on the Application (below Exhibit-12), wherein the maintenance at the rate of Rs.8000/- per month has been granted to the Petitioner. According to the Petitioner, she is entitled to much more than what has been granted by the Family Court, considering the income of the husband, which she claims to be Rs.3,00,000/- per month since the family of the Respondent is engaged in the business of buying and selling of the vehicles. 01st July 2025 R.V.Patil
