This petition is filed by defendant no.1 to challenge the order rejecting the application to issue witness summons to the police inspector who had prepared 'B' Summary report. 2.

Learned trial Court has rejected the application by observing that defendant no.1 can always produce the certified copy of the same and it is not necessary to issue witness summons. 3.

Considering the observations in paragraph no. 4 of the impugned order, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. (GAURI GODSE, J.) Page no. 1 of 1
