Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No. 4 to submit the proposal/bills of the petitioner for grant of earned leave encashment to the appropriate authority.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Learned Advocate, Mr. Munde, waives notice for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and upon instructions, submits that they would submit the proposal within a period of two weeks to respondent No. 2. We take the said statement as undertaking and after receipt of the said proposal, the respondent No. 2 should process the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With these aforesaid directions, we dispose of the writ petition.
