Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the petition, we are satisfied that the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation can be requested to decide the Revision Application No.305 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

Learned counsel submits that the recovery proceedings have been initiated and therefore the stay application filed in the revision petition needs to be heard urgently.

The submission made is reasonable. We request the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation to hear the application for stay in the pending revision application as early as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from 21st July, 2025. The Petitioner is directed to place the copy of this order on the record of the Revisional Authority on 21st July, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.

The Petitioner as well as Respondent No.5 to appear before the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation on 21st July, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. and co-operate with the hearing. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
