Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Though the apparent trigger for filing this Petition appears to be to an order dated 10 January 2025 passed by the Tahasildar, Daund, what the Petitioners essentially seek is the setting aside of the order dated 3 January 2012 passed by the Minister in Revision Application RTS No.3409/PK/115/L-6 of 2012 dismissing the Revision Application preferred by the Petitioners by affirming the orders passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune dated 8 April 2002.

There is an ordinate delay and laches in assailing the order passed on 3rd January 2012. Even otherwise, the Writ Petition is wholly misconceived. Keeping open the liberty of the Petitioners to assail the order passed by the SSP 1/2
