The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent-Authority in not complying with the order dated 19th April 2022 in Complaint No.CC005000000022680 passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the order dated 1st April 2024 in non-compliance application in Complaint No.CC005000000022680.

Having regard to the orders passed by the statutory Tribunal, the remedy to the petitioner lies before the same Tribunal or before the Appellate Tribunal.

In view thereof, Writ Petition No. 8397 of 2025 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail of appropriate remedy before the appropriate Forum.
