The learned Advocates appearing for respective parties submits that parties have amicably settled dispute. The respondent no.1 has filed her affidavit stating that she has executed written consent letter dated 03.02.2026 and agreed for removal of obstruction and permitting of road situated on common band/samayik band between Gut Nos.158 and 159 situated at village Maygaon, Tq. Paithan, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar upon receiving consideration. Copy of consent terms are independently attached to affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent no.1.

In that view of matter, dispute between parties appears to have been amicably and voluntarily settled.

In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of settlement.
