The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 9 September 2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies. By the said order, the Deputy Registrar authorized the Administrator of the Society to operate the bank accounts of the Society in his own signature. The order was addressed to Pune District Central Cooperative Bank and GS Mahanagar Sahakari Bank Limited.

However, for the reasons already recorded while disposing of connected Writ Petition No.7583 of 2023, this Court finds no ground to entertain the present writ petition separately. The issues raised herein stand covered by the findings in the said judgment.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
