The Petitioner is aggrieved by an Order dated 22nd January 2025, passed by the learned Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai, on a complaint made by the Petitioner regarding the alleged tampering of the Rajesh Chittewan, PS 1/2
43. WP 8446-2025.doc Roznama of the proceedings before the Court, on 30th September 2024. 3.
The learned Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai, after holding an inquiry, came to a conclusion that having regard to the lapse committed by the concerned Judicial Clerk, a direction can be issued to him to be careful in future, instead of proceeding with any harsh departmental action against the concerned Judicial Clerk.

Thus the learned Chief Judge directed the concerned Judicial Clerk to be careful in future while performing his duties, otherwise the same will be viewed seriously.

Such an order is not amenable to the exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In the event, the Petitioner has suffered any adverse consequences on account of the alleged tampering of the Roznama of the proceedings, the Petitioner is at liberty to avail redressal in an appropriate judicial proceeding. 6.
The Petition stands disposed.
