Order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act dated 03.02.2023 is partly complied with. The physical possession of one of the properties has already been taken. Learned AGP submits on telephonic instructions that respondent No.2 shall comply with Section 14 order within eight weeks.

In any case, considering the Section 14 order dated 03.02.2023, we direct respondent No.2 to comply with Section 14 order and take physical possession of the property within a period of eight weeks from today. Incharge of concerned police station shall co-operate and provide necessary assistance. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Amk 1/2
