In this petition on 24th December 2025, a statement made on behalf of Respondent State Authorities was recorded that physical possession of the secured assets be handed over to the petitioner on or before 31st January 2026. The statement was accepted and the petition was disposed of. The petition was kept today for compliance. 2.

Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports that physical possession has not been handed over to the petitioner, due to absence of police protection, when an attempt was made to take physical possession of the secured asset.

In that light, as a matter of last chance, respondent authorities are granted time upto 15th February 2026 to ensure that the physical Sweety

21-WP-8475-2025.doc possession of the secured asset is given to the petitioner. Adequate police assistance shall be provided at the time when physical possession is taken and handed over to the petitioner. 4.

List for compliance on 17th February 2026, in the supplementary list.
