When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition as the petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding before the State Government.

In the event the petitioner files the revision application within a period of four weeks from today, the State Government shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
