Until further orders, neither would the Board would permit, nor Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would allow such workers to work for the loading and unloading activities as Mathadi workers, who are not registered with the Board prior to their engagement. If any of the workers are engaged and the registration procedure is commenced after their engagement, we direct the Respondent No. 2 Board not to pass any orders on such proposals until further order. 4.
