By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the advertisement dated 18.06.2025 published by respondent No.2 i.e. Directorate Medical Education & Research.

In our opinion, the posts in respect of which advertisement is issued are civil posts under the Rules.

In such view of the matter, the petitioners have to approach the State Administrative Tribunal in terms of Chapter 3 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that State Administrative Tribunal be directed to decide the Original Application expeditiously.

It is not possible for us to consider the request of the petitioner as the Original Application is yet to be filed. The petitioner may make a request to the State Administrative Tribunal for expediting the proceedings as and when the Original Application is filed. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty.
