The Petitioner challenges the order (below Exhibit-5) passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Jaysingpur, DistrictKolhapur dated 04th February 2025. It is the contention of the Petitioner that, in the Application itself the wife has made an averment that the husband has an income of Rs.12,000/- per month. In spite of that, the Civil Judge Senior Division has granted maintenance to the wife at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 29th July 2025.
