The Present Writ Petition has been filed by the mother who is seeking extension of holiday access of her daughter. The Judge, Family Court, Mumbai, vide impugned order dated 16.06.2024 granted access only for a period of 7 days, but in fact the vacation was for 55 days i.e. (from 12th April 2025 to 20th April, 2025 and from 7th June, 2025 to 21st July, 2025). The Advocate appearing for the Respondent seeks time on the ground that the arguing counsel is not keeping well. Hence, list the matter on 14.07.2025.
