This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following substantive reliefs:- "a.
Be pleased to stay the effect, implementation and execution of the impugned order bearing refusal no. PMRDA/B/2025/REJ/00003 dated 09/06/2025 till the appeal filed before the Appropriate Authority at Mantralay, Mumbai be heard finally.
b.
Pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal filed before the Appropriate Authority at Mantralay, Mumbai be pleased to stay the effect, implementation and execution of the impugned order bearing refusal no. PMRDA/B/2025/REJ/00003 dated 09/06/2025; c.
Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition be pleased to stay the effect, implementation and execution of the impugned order bearing refusal no. PMRDA/B/2025/REJ/00003 dated 09/06/2025."

As clear from the prayers, the petitioner is desirous that the High Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India acts as an authority to grant interim reliefs in the pending appeal. Certainly such a writ cannot be issued. The petitioner has taken recourse to an appellate remedy. It is 27 June 2025
901-WP 8582-25.DOC stated that the petitioner has also filed a stay application. Hence, it is for the petitioner to pursue such proceedings by moving an urgent application. Let such application be made. The same be urgently considered in the event any interim orders are desired by the petitioner.
